Based on the Efland -Mebane Task Force report, there's question that, in the <br />future, if it is taken. off the proposed watershed impoundment list, than that critical <br />watershed area will change dramatically. The new language will need to keep that in <br />mind, that with proposed watershed impoundments and if the area is no longer in the <br />watershed, you need something very sanctioned by the Board to change the maps. The <br />critical area lines can move several hundred feet just by using better technology. <br />
