4- 380 <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF-COMMISSIONERS- <br />MARCH 5, 1991 <br />7:30 P.M. <br />The Orange County Board of Commissioners met in special <br />session on Tuesday, March 5, 1991 at 7:30 p.m. for the purpose of <br />going into Executive Session to discuss personnel. <br />BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Moses-Carey, Jr., Vice- <br />Chair Stephen Halkiotis, Commissioners Alice M. Gordon, Verla C. <br />Insko and Don Willhoit. <br />STAFF PRESENT: Clerk to the Board Beverly.A. Blythe. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Willhoit, seconded by <br />Commissioner Insko to go into Executive Session to discuss <br />personnel. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Halkiotis, seconded by <br />Commissioner Willhoit to adjourn the Executive Session and to <br />reconvene into Special Session. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by <br />Commissioner Halkiotis to adjourn the meeting. The next regular <br />meeting of the Board will be held on March 20, 1991 at 7:30 p.m. <br />in the Board Room at Lincoln Center, Chapel Hill, North Carolina. <br />Beverly A.
