Install a proper cleanout per code. <br />Make proper plumbing connections at unit and property line to <br />-code. Seed and straw the exposed area. <br />NOTE: Install two (2) cleanouts- one beside unit and one at property <br />line. <br />Extend the existing 3/4 inch drainage line on the right side foundation <br />wall. Add a 4 ft section of pipe and trap as necessary per code. _ <br />Page 5 <br />3. Install a main water cut-off within a closet or within 3 feet of the <br />crawlspace opening. Extend water line as necessary to install <br />cut-off. <br />Mechanical: <br />Remove all un-insulated hard ductwork from the crawlspace. Install <br />insulated flex ductwork to all registers. Support new flex duct with <br />proper supports per code. Check all return and trunk line insulation <br />and reattach as necessary. _ <br />2. Install a proper vent cover for the furnace exhaust on the right side <br />foundation wall. Vent cover shall be approved by Code. <br />Insulation: <br />Remove existing R-13 insulation from the crawlspace. Install R-19 <br />faced insulation per code. <br />2. Add matching insulation. in the attic to achieve an R-30 rating. <br />Install baffles as needed per code. <br />3. <br />Insta116-mil poly in the crawlspace. Remove all debris from ground <br />before poly is installed. ~ _ <br />
