Install a 200 amp service breaker panel and meter base. <br />Remove existing mast and riser from roof. Install under- <br />ground service from pole to unit per Chapel Hill Inspection <br />Dept. Price to include all breakers, switches and extra circuits <br />necessary to pass the Current Electric Code. <br />2. Install hard-wired smoke detectors in all sleeping rooms, hallway <br />and living room. Install a total of five (5) smoke detectors to <br />code. <br />3. Install GFI protected receptacles in the kitchen and bathroom. <br />Install three in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. <br />4. Install two service lights in the crawlspace controlled by a switch <br />within 3feet of the crawlspace opening. All work to meet the current <br />Electric Code. <br />5. Install a service receptacle for the furnace to code. <br />6. Install a vented exhaust hood for the oven. Vent exhaust to out- <br />side air to code. Make all electrical connections. New exhaust hood <br />to be complete with light and filter. Consult owner for color of <br />exhaust hood. <br />7. Install a dryer vent located in the kitchen. Consult Rehabilitation <br />Specialist for proper location. New vent to extend to outside air. <br />Use proper aluminum vent per code. <br />8. Install a GFI protected receptacle and circuit on the front porch. <br />Install new weather-proof cover. <br />
