Re-install all casing, baseboard, window stool, window apron removed <br />during Abatement Work. NOTE: Install matching trim in all areas. <br />Prime new trim with an oil based primer. <br />Painting: <br />Prepare all new trim and doors installed for semi-gloss latex paint. <br />Fill all nail holes with painters putty, caulk all seams in trim with latex <br />caulk. Paint new casing, window stool & apron, baseboard, doors and <br />jambs with semi-gloss latex paint. Cover all lead block primer with semi- <br />gloss latex paint. (Front door unit) All paint to cover completely. <br />Color to match existing trim as close as possible. <br />( NOTE) <br />Page 5 <br />1. The work shall require the coordination and relocation of personal <br />belongings away from the work area. It is the responsibility of the <br />Lead Paint Contractor to contain all lead dust from spreading throughout <br />the unit. <br />2. All lead paint debris including paint chips and wood shall be double <br />bagged and goose neck tied in 6-mil poly. All debris shall be properly <br />labeled and disposed of at a Licensed Landfill. <br />3. A copy of the Lead Abatement Contractor's License shall be submitted <br />to the Orange County Housing/Community Development Office. <br />4.
