Refer to Lead <br />Inspection/ Risk Assessment. Wrap casing in 6-mil poly and <br />properly dispose of. <br />New Doors & Trim: <br />Install a solid wood 6 panel exterior door on the front. Install new <br />hinges, keyed lockset and deadbolt keyed alike. NOTE: Cut/trim <br />new door to fit opening properly. Prime new door with an oil based <br />primer. Install an aluminum threshold with vinyl insert. Trim door <br />properly to seal at bottom. _ <br />2. Install a 9 lite exterior door in the kitchen. Install new hinges, keyed <br />lockset and double cylinder deadbolt. NOTE: Trim door to fit opening <br />properly. Prime new door with an oil based primer. New door to <br />open, close and lock properly. <br />Install a new door, jamb and casing in bedroom # 3 (Closet Door <br />Unit). Install a 6-panel wood door, jamb with matching casing. <br />New closet door to open, close and latch properly. Install a passage <br />lockset. Prime new door, jamb and casing with an oil based primer. <br />4. Install three (3) interior doors removed during Abatement work. <br />Insta116-panel wood doors, new hinges and passage locksets. <br />NOTE: Trim new doors to fit opening properly.
