Install two vinyl fixed windows sashes/frames in the dormers. <br />All exposed wood to be wrapped with matching aluminum coil stock. <br />Caulk all seams with 100% white silicone caulk to prevent water <br />intrusion. Contractor to verify all window measurements. _ <br />3. <br />Page 2 <br />Install eight (8) vinyl replacement windows. Windows shall be installed <br />from the interior. Remove all necessary wood trim on the interior to install <br />new vinyl windows. Install new window stop as necessary. <br />NOTE: Vinyl replacement windows shall be double-hung tilt (both sash <br />open and tilt in to clean) Windows to be complete with screen and lock. <br />All new windows to open, close and lock properly. <br />Prime and paint all new trim installed on interior. <br />ABATEMENT WORK: <br />Exterior: <br />Remove the front door and interior casing. Wrap in 6-mil poly <br />and properly dispose of and landfill. Prepare the exterior front door <br />jamb, frame and side frames for lead a lead block primer. Remove all <br />loose chipping /peeling paint. Wet sand and feather edges and prime <br />with a lead block oil primer. NOTE: Abatement Contractor shall use <br />all guidelines to prevent lead dust from migrating into the unit. _ <br />2. Prepare the front porch ceiling and trim for vinyl. Remove all loose <br />chipping /peeling paint. Enclose all wood front porch components with tyveck. <br />Install solid vinyl soffit on the ceiling. Wrap all exposed wood with <br />white aluminum coil stock. Install all necessary J-channel and vinyl <br />trim to properly install vinyl and aluminum. <br />ABATEMENT WORK: <br />Interior: Room # 1 Foyer <br />Remove the door leading to room # 10 (center hall) Wrap in 6-mil <br />poly and properly dispose of at landfill. <br />
