The drain tle in the reaz yard <br />shall be solid. Add 6 yards of top soil along the foundation wall. <br />Slope soil away from foundation. Seed and straw the exposed <br />azea. Note: Rehabilitation Specialist to inspect ditch~before gravel <br />is installed. <br />11. Water-proof the right foundaton wall. Clean and brush wall using <br />water. Apply two coats ofwater-proofing to the brick. before drain- <br />tle is installed. <br />Roof: <br />1. Remove all shingles to the sheathing. Prepare sheathing for new <br />felt paper. Check sheathing for exposed nails and damaged roof <br />sheathing. Install new white eve starter, vent boots and chimney <br />flashing. Insta11301b felt paper and 25 yeaz shingles. <br />Install shingles per manufacture specificatons. <br />Replace all damaged sectors of flashing in all locators.
