Offices: <br />Telecommunication Tower (greater than 150 feet in height). <br />The Orange County Board of County Commissioners and the Orange County Planning <br />Board will hold a joint public hearing at 7:30 PM on this rezoning on October 3. 2006 at the F. <br />Gordon Battle Courtroom at 106 East Margaret Lane, Hillsborough, NC 27278. A public notice <br />Will be posted on the premises at least ten 10 days before the hearing, and a legal <br />advertisement will appear in the Durham Herald and the News of Orange for two successive <br />weeks with the first notice appearing not less than ten (10) days nor more than twenty -five (25) <br />days prior to the public hearing. <br />This notice is being sent to you because your property is either included in this rezoning, <br />is within 500 feet of the property proposed for a zoning classification amendment, or within <br />1,000 feet of the telecommunications tower Class "A" Special Use Permit application. This <br />notice is provided pursuant to N.C.
