51 <br />Telecommunication Tower Application <br />Piedmont Electric MPmhgrch,:n rero <br />of the tower and the proposed balloon test, which was scheduled and held <br />on Saturday, April 22, 2006. The results of the balloon test are also <br />included- in Tab 8 of this Application Package as previously. discussed. <br />i) All conditions of the balloon test were performed as specified in the <br />Orange County Ordinances. <br />j) PEW and AUE certify that this Special Use Permit will comply with all <br />Federal, State and Local emission requirements. <br />k) All buildings and structures exist on the PEMC Headquarter property and <br />meet all setbacks established for the "PDOI" zoning classification in- place <br />for this subject property. <br />1) The Visual Assessment documentation is included in Tab 8 of the <br />Application Package and shows the visual impact of the tower from <br />various locations around the area. Also included in Tab 8 are photo <br />simulations of the proposed new tower and the old tower located on the <br />PEMC Headquarters property. <br />The foregoing information has been prepared by Alexander Utility Engineering, Inc. who <br />certifies that all information has been prepared in accordance with standards adopted for <br />utility -based homeland security two -way radio systems located on privately owned <br />communication towers. <br />Signed: <br />Dan R.
