RESOLUTION <br />OF THE <br />ORANGE COUNTY BORD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />TO APPROVE AN ORDINANCE FOR A <br />ZONING ATLAS AMENDMENT <br />FOR AN <br />AMENDED PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT <br />OF <br />PIEDMONT ELECTRIC MEMBERSHIP CORPORATION <br />Date: 200 <br />Owners: Piedmont Electric Membership Corporation <br />The Board of County Commissioners hereby approves a petition submitted by Piedmont Electric <br />Membership Corporation to amend the Orange County Zoning Atlas by amending its Planned <br />Development Office/Institutional (PD -On, Special Use Permit, Class A for offices and a <br />telecommunications tower greater than 150 feet in height on property located at 2500 NC <br />Highway 86 being further identified in the Orange County Land Records Office by Parcel <br />Identification Numbers, 9873 -65 -7456 now containing 34.737 acres more or less.
