ITelecommunication Tower Application 47 <br />a)1) Antenna dimensions are documented on the engineering drawings <br />included in Tab 9 of this Application Package and will be limited <br />to only those antennas required for two -way radio service. A <br />Professional Engineer seal is included on these drawings. Tower <br />capacity has been included for the addition of up to five (5) other <br />antenna systems. <br />b) Aircraft hazards have been researched and have been approved by <br />the FAA. Included in Tab 3 of this Application Package is the <br />approved documentation information from the FAA for this <br />referenced tower. <br />C) Stealth rooftop or building antennas are not applicable to this - <br />project. <br />d) Building or rooftop stealth antennas are not applicable to this <br />project. <br />e) Building or rooftop non - stealth antennas are not applicable to this <br />project. <br />f) All fees have been submitted and will be paid to Orange County as <br />required. An initial $1,000 escrow payment to begin the pre - <br />application process was submitted and accepted by Orange <br />County. <br />6.18.4 Minimum Standards for Telecommunication Towers <br />a) A complete Site Development Plan is included in Tab 10 of this <br />Application Package. Photos of the proposed tower were included <br />in the balloon test held on April 22, 2006 and are included in Tab 8 <br />of this Application Package. <br />b) This tower is being placed in a heavily wooded area at the PEMC <br />Headquarters. It has been situated so as to utilize as much of the <br />tree coverage as possible. The balloon test included in Tab 8 of <br />this report indicates that the new tower will practically be unseen <br />from the North looking South along Hwy 86 and from the South <br />near the Mini- Storage looking North along Hwy 86. The tower <br />will be visible along the east and west axis due to its location on <br />top of the hill. <br />C) A sealed drawing by a registered engineer in the State of North <br />Carolina of the proposed tower is included in Tab 9 of this <br />Application Package.
