Kathv Cheek ~ Karen Andrews <br />WHEREAS, the Orchard Subdivision, a major subdivision, had been scheduled for <br />BOCC review, and <br />WHEREAS, the County Attomey and Planning Director have raised questions about <br />whether The Orchard subdivision preliminary plan complies with County ordinance <br />requirements; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Board should have the benefit of the 8/17/06 letter from the <br />County Attomey and the 8/18/06 letter from the Planning Director when making its <br />recommendation on The Orchard Subdivision. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Orange County Commissioners <br />that The. Orchard subdivision preliminary plan is hereby referred to the Planning Board <br />for review and reconsideration by the Planning Board of the Planning Board's <br />recommendation on the Preliminary Plan. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner ,seconded by Co issione , <br />the foregoing resolution was adopted this the ~ day of 06. <br />I, Donna S.
