Desisn would include evaluation of required future counts to comph~ with current code, <br />revising la}outs to comply with ADn requirements, as well as replacim~ all plumbing futures, toilet <br />partitions. and toilet room accessories. V1`e +vould implement the usa~~e of++•atcr conservin~~ measures in <br />the desi~,n of these toilet facilities. nlso included would he design ofne+v floor, wall, and ceiling finishes. <br />FEE: Our lump sum fee for this prgjrct is 517,800.00 (Seventeen Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars) <br />BASIC SERVICES: The lump sum fee proposed above includes the following basic services: <br />I . Perform a code evaluation of minimum facilities for the facility and ADA requirements for the <br />toilet rooms, including review of the proposed designs with the Orange County Inspections <br />Department. <br />2. Prepare project dra+vim_s and specifications in sufficient detail to obtain regulatory approval and to <br />receive bids. <br />;. Solicit bidders, receive informal bids, and negotiate as required, providing required documentation <br />to allow the County to award a contract to the selected bidder. <br />d. Review shop dra+yings and submittals for items of work that are part of our desi~,n. <br />i. Conduct site visits during construction to observe the +vork and assist with coordination or <br />problem resolution. Frequency of visits is estimated at two per +veek. <br />6. Conduct Pre-Bid, Pre-Construction, and Monthly Construction Conferences. <br />?. Conduct pre-final and final inspections. <br />8. Review Owner's ~danuals and as-built dra++ings submitted by the Contractor. <br />9. Prepare F~lectronic Record Dra+yin<~s from contractor-furnished as-built marked prints. <br />10. Support O+vner during the Contractors' one-year +yarranty period to resolve am problems with <br />finishes, equipment manufacturers. suppliers, system operation. etc. <br />nDDIIIONnL SFRVICIS: The lump sum fee proposed above does not include services such as those <br />listed below. ~~1~e ++ill propose additional lees tcrr such services upon request: <br />1 .
