All funds are currently encumbered in either the County Capital Projects Fund or the General Fund. RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board: 1. Approve the third amendment to the Construction Manager at Risk agreement in the amount of $731,059 and authorize the Chair to sign on behalf of the Board; 2. Approve Budget Amendment # 2 -A consolidating all costs in one capital project account.
