The Grantee is physically located in Orange County and is <br />further located at 306 Revere Road, Hillsborough, NC. Financial assistance provided to the grantee under this contract is <br />for the Breeze Farm Easement and for agricultural development to foster the growth, development, and sustainability of <br />family farms. <br />The Grantee's fiscal year begins July 1 and ends June 30. <br />The primary performance of this Contract shall take place in Orange County. The county (ies) of benefit include: Orange <br />County. The Grantee's URL is located at www.co.orange.nc.us/ercd/index.asp <br />On an annual basis, the Agency may extend this Contract, in writing by the Agency, for the purposes of a time extension <br />and to incorporate any other changes that may be appropriate due to changes in applicable rules and regulations, <br />policies, and procedures. <br />1. Performance Measures (Attachment G) <br />These documents constitute the entire agreement between the Parties and supersede all prior oral or written <br />statements or agreements. <br />2. Precedence Among Contract Documents: <br />In the event of a conflict between or among the terms of the Contract Documents, the terms in the Contract Document <br />with the highest relative precedence shall prevail. The order of precedence shall be the order of documents as listed <br />in Paragraph 1, above, with the first-listed document having the highest precedence and the last-listed document <br />having the lowest precedence. If there are multiple Contract Amendments, the most recent amendment shall have <br />the highest precedence and the oldest amendment shall have the lowest precedence. <br />3.
