Subdivision Re lations Text Amendment <br />a. Section III-C-1 Concept Plan Approval <br />This presentation was made by Mary Scearbo. In summary <br />this item was presented to receive citizen comment on a proposed <br />amendment to the Subdivision Regulations to allow Concept Plan submittal <br />for Minor Subdivisions to be optional instead of mandatory. <br />NO.QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS FROM THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, PLANNING BOARD <br />OR CITIZENS. <br />A motion was made by commissioner Marshall, seconded by Chairman <br />Carey, to refer the proposed amendment to the Planning Board for a <br />recommendation to be returned to the Board of Commissioners no sooner <br />than August 6, 1990. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />I.
