Definitions are also provided of "septic tank system," <br />"alternative septic system," and "community alternative system." The <br />latter definition was inadvertently omitted when revisions to the <br />interim development standards for University Lake watershed were <br />adopted. <br />QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS FROM THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS AND PLANNING BOARD <br />Commissioner Hartwell indicated that he believes this was meant to <br />address the repair of existing systems. However, it is not stated that <br />way in 6.25.7. In response to this comment, Collins stated that a new <br />system will eventually be considered an existing system. That system <br />could then end up with a failing septic system and would need the <br />latitude provided by this amendment. <br />A motion was made by commissioner Willhoit, seconded by commissioner <br />Marshall, to refer the proposed amendments to the Planning Board for a <br />recommendation to be returned to the Board of Commissioners no sooner <br />than August 6, 1990. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />G.
