The Deed Book and Page reference <br />shall be noted on the Final Plat. <br />(c) Stormwater detention and/or retention sites and undisturbed areas for <br />infiltration purposes as required by Section IV-B-9-c of this Ordinance <br />and/or Articles 6.23, 6.24, and/or 6.25 of the Orange County Zoning <br />Ordinance shall be labeled on the Final Plat. Any restrictions or <br />requirements associated with the detention/retention sites shall be <br />specified in a separate document to be recorded concurrently with the <br />Final Plat. The Deed Book and Page reference shall be noted on the <br />Final Plat. <br />G. SCRAP TIRE DISPOSAL FEE <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Willhoit, seconded by Commissioner Hartwell <br />to approve the resolution as stated below authorizing scrap tire disposal fee and <br />authorizing the Chair to sign said resolution: <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SCRAP TIRE DISPOSAL FEE <br />A Resolution authorizing the Landfill Owners Group through the Chapel Hill Town <br />Manager to assess a scrap tire disposal fee of $1 per tire that allows the Orange Regional <br />Landfill to fully comply with the provisions of the North Carolina Scrap tire Disposal Act. <br />WHEREAS, the County of orange supports the provisions of the North Carolina Scrap Tire <br />Disposal Act; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Landfill Owners Group to collect and dispose of scrap <br />tires in an environmentally sound fashion; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Orange County Board of Commissioners that the <br />,?indfill Owners Group through the Chapel Hill Town Manager is authorized to implement the <br />'-,_.scrap tire disposal fee of $1 per tire and to begin collection of fees upon proper notice <br />to the citizens of Orange County. <br />XI.
