PROPOSED AMENDMENT _ ORANGE COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN Motion was made by Commissioner Willhoit, seconded by chairman Carey to approve the proposed amendment per the Planning Board recommendation. A substitute motion to add the University Lake Watershed as an Orange County Land Use Plan category with a one sentence definition to say "Land that drains into the University Lake Reservoir" was made by Commissioner Hartwell, seconded by Commissioner Marshall.
