This ordinance supersedes all previous Utility Extension Development <br />Capital Project Ordinances for Orange County. <br />Section 8. This ordinance originally adopted June 29, 1993 and subsequently <br />amended shall be in effect until June 30, 2007. <br />Adopted this 12th day of September 2006. <br />
