Trim exposed subfloor to be even with outer face of existing trim above <br />on front exterior wall of storage room. Supply and install one new <br />trim/band board of treated material extending from top of existing trim <br />board to bottom of existing framing. Top edge to have 15 degree slope <br />down and away from wall. End and wall joints to be caulked and sealed <br />with clear latex silicone paintable caulking. New materials to match <br />existing as close as practical. <br />11. Excavate under le$ front corner of storage room to accommodate <br />installation of new 18" x 18" x 12"deep concrete footing and brick <br />column. Supply and install new concrete footing and 12" x 12" brick and <br />mortar column to provide additional support for existing framing at this <br />location. Includes mortar between top brick and bottom of existing <br />framing. <br /> <br />12. Remove existing temporary barrier in front of right side wall foundation <br />vent and remove existing foundation vent. Supply and install new <br />operable foundation vent to restore to proper working order. New <br />materials to match existing as close as practical. <br />C. ROOF & GUTTER <br />1. Remove all existing gutters from house, porch and patio. NOTE: After <br />gutters are removed, if further damage is discovered the Owner, <br />Contractor and Rehabilitation Specialist will meet to review the work, <br />determine a course of action and, if necessary, a cost for any additional <br />work. Plumb-cut existing rafter tails on rear edge of rear patio for plumb <br />installation of new fascia board. Supply and install new 2x treated wood <br />fascia. Supply and install new pre-finished metal flashing on fascia on <br />front of house and front porch, on fascia on rear of house, on fascia on <br />storage room and rear patio fascia. New flashing to extend from under <br />existing roof cover to inside of new gutter to provide moisture protection <br />for fascia material. Supply and install new pre-finished seamless Ogee <br />style gutters on front of house and front porch, on rear of house to extend <br />24" over each side of rear patio roof, on rear patio, and on storage room <br />with at least one downspout for each gutter and one downspout for every <br />30' of gutter. Each grade level downspout shall tie in to french drain <br />system. <br />
