MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Lead Abatement Contractors <br />FROM: Orange County Housing and Community Development <br />DATE: May 31, 2006 <br />RE: 119 Hayes Street, Hillsborough -Joe and Myrna Grasty <br />Work Writeup -Addendum 1 <br />Listed below are changes to the Lead Remediation work wrietup and bid package dated <br />5/26/06 for the referenced project. All other conditions and descriptions remain the <br />same. Please be reminded that bids will be opened and read aloud on June 13, 2006 at <br />3:OOP.M. in the Housing and Community Development Department office at 300 W. <br />Tryon Street, Hillsborough, N.C. 27278. The changes are as follows: <br />A. EXTERIOR DOORS <br />1. Add to the existing description to include the following: <br />Includes remove and re-install existing front storm door and <br />restore to proper working order. <br />B. INTERIOR WALLS <br />1. Add to the existing description to include the following: <br />Includes remove existing shoe mold on existing baseboard. <br />Includes supply and install new shoe mold on new baseboard. <br />Includes supply and install new sheetrock, baseboard, shoe mold <br />and crown mold on duct-chase.
