EXTERIOR DOORS <br />Remove existing front door including, casing, frame, trim and threshold. <br />Make repairs to accommodate installation of new exterior pre-hung front <br />door. Supply and install new pre-hung 9-light exterior front door, including <br />all necessary hardware, keyed door knob, deadbolt lock, peephole, and trim, <br />complete. New materials to match existing as close as practical. <br /> <br />B. INTERIOR WALLS <br />1. Remove existing baseboard from all Bedroom walls. Existing floor, crown <br />mold and ceiling to remain intact. Remove existing interior window trim and <br />interior door trim. Retrofit interior window casings, interior door casings, and <br />exposed framing to accommodate installation of new %" sheetrock overlay on <br />existing walls and installation of new interior window and interior door trim. <br />Includes repair stove pipe hole and thermostat wire hole in left side wall: <br />Supply and install new %z" sheetrock overlay on all walls, including tape, top <br />and texture, complete. Supply and install new crown mold over existing <br />crown mold. Supply and install new baseboard, new window trim and new <br />door trim at same locations, complete.- New materials and finishes to match <br />existing as close as practical. All work to code. <br />C. ELECTRICAL <br />1. In Bedroom, adjust four electrical outlets and one switch at existing locations <br />to accommodate installation of new %2" sheetrock overlay on existing walls. <br />All work complete and to code. <br />22 <br /> <br />
