Supply and install new attic access panel in upstairs room to rear attic in <br />wall directly across from access panel in front wall. Supply and install new exterior clear latex silicone paintable caulking to <br />all siding/trim joints and siding butt joints on exterior of house. Carefully <br />apply a thin bead so as to prevent "over-spread" of caulking on to adjacent <br />exposed surfaces. <br /> <br />K. SITE IlVIPROVEMENTS <br />1. Supply and install underground drainpipe for each gutter downspout, <br />approximately eight (8), to slope away from house and terminate or <br />"daylight" at least 10 l.f. down-slope from house. Includes trenching, <br />direct connection from gutter downspouts to drainpipe, backfill, and <br />restore trench areas to original working order as close as is practical.
