Supply and install new storm door including all <br />hardware, closure, and lockable latch, complete. <br />H. INSULATION & WEATHERIZATION <br />Supply and install new Batt insulation of R-19 value to accessible portion <br />of under-floor of house, forward 3/4 of crawlspace, approximately 675 sq. <br />ft., complete. <br /> <br />2. Supply and install additional new Batt insulation to achieve R-30 value to <br />horizontal portions of front and rear attic over living area of house, <br />approximately 420 sq. ft.. Re-install existing Batt insulation to <br />verticaUwall portions of front and rear attic areas, complete. <br />3. Supply and install new weatherstripping and weatherizing threshold on <br />existing Kitchen/storage room door, complete. <br />I. PAINTING <br />1. Protect adjacent surfaces and personal possessions with appropriate <br />temporary coverings and enclosures. Fully prepare interior and exterior of <br />new rear door, door casing and door trim to receive new paint. Prime all <br />new materials. Supply and install new paint to interior and exterior of new <br />rear door, door casing and door trim and restore to proper working order. <br />Interior door, door casing and door trim to be painted with semi-gloss <br />interior latex. Exterior door, door casing and door trim to be painted with <br />semi-gloss exterior latex. Color choice by Owner.
