We exceeded the number of <br />uninsured, self-pay primary care clients by 69% (22/mo actual vs. 13/mo projected). The percentage of <br />uninsured, self-pay clients from all primary care clients exceeded the targeted amount also (54% actual <br />vs. 45% projected).
