qualified voters of the entire County will elect the member of the District 1 seat, the member of <br />the District 2 seat, and the member of the At Large seat, all for four year terms. <br />^ YES. <br />^ NO." <br />III. This Resolution shall be published, shall be filed and indexed in the ordinance <br />book of the County and shall be available for public inspection in the office of the Clerk to the <br />Board of Commissioners, all as provided by law. <br />IV. A map showing electoral District 1 and electoral District 2 is attached hereto and <br />thereby made a part of this Resolution. <br />V.
