Capital Proiect <br />Ordinances, and Grant Proiect Ordinances <br />The Board considered approval of the Fiscal Year 2006-07 Budget Ordinance, Capital <br />Project Ordinances, and Grant Project Ordinances. <br />John Link said there will be six motions. The first one is to adopt the 2006-07 Orange <br />County Budget Ordinance. This document is in section one, Budget Adoption. <br />Chair Jacobs made reference to the handout entitled, "Schools' Share of County's <br />General Fund Budget". Under this proposal, 49.9% of the general fund budget would go to the <br />schools. <br />Donna Dean-Coffey said that in the turquoise-colored packet, the last two pages, pages <br />18-19, are the capital project ordinance for CHCCS Elementary School #10, with $900,000 for <br />
