Sect ion III-D-2-c d - Preliminar Plat Review <br />Procedures <br />This presentation was made by Emily Crudup. The <br />purpose of this presentation was to receive citizen comment on an <br />amendment to Section III--D-2-c/d of the Subdivision Regulations to <br />establish a minimum time period within which recommendations from <br />the Planning Board will be transmitted to the Board of County <br />Commissioners. <br />Currently there is no time limit an the period between the <br />time the Planning Board makes its recommendation and when the <br />Commissioners take action an a preliminary plan.
