::`4 a~ <br />4. SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS TEXT A_*1E?~'DMENT _ CLUSTER DEVELOPMENTS <br />The proposed amendment to Section IV-B-10-b was considered by the Board for _ _ --- <br />approval. The amendment to the application criteria for cluster subdivisions would~~ ~__ <br />include a minimum tract size within the Rural Buffer Zoning District and exclude ti <br />private road right-of-way in calculating the number of lots permitted. ' <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Marshall, seconded by Commissioner Halkiotis - <br />to approve the amendment as recommended by the Planning Board and the Administration.' <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br />5 PRELIMINARY PLAN = LARRY W. MELTON <br />The Preliminary Plan for the property of Larry W. Melton was presented for <br />consideration of approval by the Board. The property is located on the east side of <br />Seven Springs Road in Eno Township. The property is zoned Rural Residential and is <br />designated Rural Residential in the Comprehensive Plan. The total acreage of the <br />tract is 10.7 acres. Three (3) lots are proposed with each lot having frontage on <br />Seven Springs Raad. Each lot will be served by individual wells and septic tanks. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Hartwell, seconded by Commissioner Halkiotis <br />to approve the preliminary plan fox Larry W, Melton as recommended by the Planning <br />Board and the Administration with the following conditions: r <br />(1) Provide a 15 foot dzainage easement on each side of the channel through <br />lots 1, 2 and 3. <br />(2) Indicate.a 150 fast sight triangle at the intersection of US 70 and Seven <br />Springs Road (SR 1$92) as recommended by NGDOT. <br />(3) The portion of lot 2 on the east side of the private road (Ameshia Drive) <br />must be connected to the existing tract 4 instead of being land hooked <br />across the private road. <br />(4) All 3 lots must receive access from the private road (Ameshia Drive). <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br />~1 <br />1 <br />6. EROSION ONTROL ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS `---- <br />These proposed amendments will delete portions of Section 22 relating to <br />determining the amount of fines. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Willhoit, seconded by Commissioner Marshall to <br />approve the amendments as recommended by the Administration. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br />7. COUNTY $UDGET PRIORITIES - PUELIC HEARING <br />Motion was made by Commissioner k'illhoit, seconded by Commissioner Marshall to <br />approve setting a public hearing for November l4 at 7:30 in Superior Courtroom for the <br />purpose of receiving public comment on priorities for funding in the 1990-91 Orange <br />Gounty Budget. <br />VOTE : UNANIMOUS . , <br />H.
