General Fund: <br />Expenditures: B & G Operating -Building Repair ($58,577) <br />Transfer to County Capital Projects $58,577 <br />The approval of Budget Amendment # 2-A will effectively allow the closeout of the capital <br />project. All funds are currently encumbered in either the County Capital Projects Fund or the <br />General Fund. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board: <br />1. Approve the third amendment to the Construction Manager at Risk agreement in the <br />amount of $731,059 and authorize the Chair to sign on behalf of the Board; <br />2. Approve Budget Amendment # 2-A consolidating all costs in one capital project account. <br />
