developer with the Special Use Permit <br />the final subdivision plat(s). <br />Required improvements shall be shown on <br />(32) The final site plan and narrative of the project, incorporating all changes, <br />deletions, and additions through the final approval of the project, are to be <br />incorporated herein and made a part of this Planned Development Special Use <br />Permit. Copies of the final site plan and narrative are to remain an file with' <br />the Orange County Planning and Inspections Department. Any applicable <br />permits, upon application, will be issued after approval and recordation of <br />the Special Use Permit. <br />(33) The development shall be built and operated according to the site plan and <br />written narrative supplied by the developer and in compliance with the above <br />conditions. <br />(34) If any of the above conditions is held invalid, the special use permit shall <br />become null and void. <br />(35) Submit a stormwater management plan to satisfy the requirements of Section <br />IV-B-9-c of the Subdivision Regulations. <br />(36) The Homeowners Association shall make arrangements for solid waste collection <br />and disposal on a regular basis. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />D. RESOLUTIONS OR PROCLAMATIONS <br />~- 1. PROCLAMATION OF WOMEN'S EQUALITY_ DAY <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Marshall, seconded by Commissioner Halkiotis to <br />proclaim August 26, 1989 as Women's Equality Day in Orange County as stated in the <br />proclamation below: <br />PROCLAMATION FOR WOMEN'S EQUALITY DAY <br />WHEREAS, on August 26, 1920, the 19th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States <br />was ratified; and <br />WHEREAS, that amendment reads as follows: <br />The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged <br />by the United States or by any state on account of sex."; and <br />WHEREAS, the power of the vote is the gateway to continued improvements in the status of <br />women; and <br />WHEREAS, the Orange County commission for Women advises the citizens and the Board of <br />Commissioners of Orange County of the status of women in Orange County; and <br />WHEREAS, that status remains unequal, especially economically and politically; and <br />WHEREAS, yet women make significant contributions economically, politically and in <br />myriad ways to Orange County, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Orange County Board of Commissioners does hereby proclaim Saturday, <br />
