There is no matching fund requirement. ~• <br />9 PHARMACY PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT <br />To approve and authorize the Chair to sign the contract which provides the <br />legally required pharmacy consultation services, enabling the health department to <br />dispense family planning medications and other pharmaceuticals. <br />10. STATE GRANTS FOR AIDS TESTING AND EDUCATION <br />Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the two agreements for continuation of <br />two state grant-funded projects in AIDS Gontrol; one for anonymous counseling testing <br />and screening and the other for minority education. <br />11. CONTRIBUTION TO REPAIR HOOPER PENN MONUMENT <br />To approve a contribution of $100.00 for the repair of the Hooper Penn monument <br />which is located in the Guilford National Park. <br />12. MAXIMUM TERMS AND LENGTH OF ERMS ON BOARDS COMMISSIONS <br />To approve a policy limiting the number of terms and length of each term far all <br />boards and commissions that don't have state or ordinance mandated term limits to two <br />three year terms .not including partial terms ar required training programs. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />G. ITEMS FOR DECISION--REGULAR AGENDA <br />,i <br />1 PD-1-89 MCLENNAN'S FARM PLANNED DEVELOPMENT <br />This item was considered after the Public Hearing on McLennan's Farm. <br />2. INTERIM DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS (The proposed amendments are listed in the agenda <br />abstract which is in the permanent agenda file in the Glerk's Office). <br />The notice of public hearing was discussed and the Commissioners agreed to make <br />several changes as suggested by Commissioner Hartwell and Marvin Collins. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Hartwell, seconded by Commissioner Halkiotis, to <br />approve setting a public hearing for September 5 at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium at <br />Orange High School in Hillsborough for the purpose of considering proposed amendments to <br />the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations which would provide procedures for the. <br />establishment of general and specific interim development standards in all <br />designated water supply watersheds to include the Upper Eno, Seven Mile Creek, and Haw <br />River Basin. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br />3. CARRBORO COMMONS FARMERS' MARKET APPROPRIATION <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Hartwell, seconded by Commissioner Marshall to <br />approve releasing $15,000 that was budgeted for the Farmer's Market. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br />4. APPROVAL OF A NEW BOUNDARY LINE BETWEEN ORANGE AND CHATHAM COUNTY <br />
