Under current procedures, a one-lot major <br />subdivision requires the same type of review as a plan proposing fifty lots, <br />including approval of both a Concept Plan and Preliminary Plat prior to Final Plat - -. <br />approval. The proposed amendment would establish a twenty-four (24) month time <br />period during which a maximum of four (4) new lots may be created from an existing - <br />lot. <br />The Administration recommends approval of the portion of the proposed amendments <br />pertaining to Cluster Subdivisions. l:t is recommended that the amendments affecting the <br />definition of minor subdivisions be postponed in order to prepare an amendment to require <br />review of prior subdivision approvals. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Marshall, seconded by Commissioner Halkiotis to <br />approve the Administration's recommendation. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />H.
