The cost to the county is reimbursed by the hospital. 7. AGREEMENT BETWEEN ORANGE COUNTY AND NC MEMORIAL HOSPITAL FOR MEDICAID ___.. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the agreement between Orange County and NC Memorial Hospital for two Medicaid Eligib-ility Caseworkers. NC Memorial reimburses Orange County 100 of the County's share of the salaries and benefits involved in maintaining these workers at the hospital including 10~ of the salary and benefits of a full-time supervisor. 8 LEGAL SERVICES CONTRACT To approve and authorize the Chair to sign the contract for legal services with J. Anderson Little for Adult and Children's Protective Services for fiscal year 1989-90. 9. AGREEMENT BETWEEN ORANGE COUNTY AND NCMC FOR SOCIAL WORKER I ____ To approve and authorize the Chair to sign the agreement for a Social. Worker I to provide certification and counseling services eight hours per week at ..- the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic. NC Memorial Hospital reimburses Orange County 100 of the expenses involved in maintaining the worker at the clinic, 2~ of '', the cost of a full time social work supervisor, and a $2.00 processing fee for each "~ "out of county" case. 10. ENGINEERING SERVICES CONSULTANT AGREEMENT RENCHER STREET CDBG PROGRAM To approve the staff recommendation of Finkbeiner, Pettis and Strout, Limited as the Consultant engineer for the Rencher Street CDBG Program, authorize the Chair to execute the Consultant Agreement on behalf of the Board following the release of funds by NRCD and approval of the document by the County Attorney and authorize the County Manager to execute engineering related subcontracts for a total amount not to exceed $5,000. 11. PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CONTRACT ~ UNC-CH SCHOOL OF MEDICINE To approve and authorize the Chair to sign the contract between Orange County and UNC-Chapel Hill, School of Medicine, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology to provide medical services in the maternal health clinics of the Health Department at a cost of $$,344. 1N. MEMO ~F AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND PLANNED PARENTHOOD Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the agreement between the Health Department and Planned Parenthood to implement the minority AIDS education project "In the Know" for the period October 1, 1988 through September 30, 1989 for an amount not to exceed $18,021. 13. 1989-1990 CONTRACT BETWEEN THE ORANGE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND THE NC DIVISION OF HEALTH SERVICES
