<br />-~- Alamance County residents are dumping into Orange County's green boxes on the <br />western part of the County and if there is anything that can .be done about this Y' , <br />situation. <br />Commissioner Hartwell made reference to item E2 - Reservoir Agreement with <br />Hillsborough and ask that it be placed under items for decision sa action could be <br />taken if desired. <br />Commissioner Marshall stated objection to action being taken since two members <br />of the Board are absent.
