Residential One {R 1) and the remaining portion zoned Neighborhood Commercial Two (NG2). There is an existing structure on the commercially zoned portion of property that is used #o support a general retail operation. - Within the application, Mr. Davis justifies the rezoning request stating that the septic system, and required repair area, suppoz~ing the existing commercial operation is located on the portion of property that is currently zoned residential. Mr. Davis is concerned about his continued ability to have a septic system supporting his commercial operation located on the residentially zoned portion of property and is seeking to rectify the problem. The Orange County Board of Conunissioners and Planning Board have scheduled a JOINT PUBLIC HEARING for Monday May 24, 2010 a# 7:00 p.m. at the Department of Social Services, within the Hillsborough Commons Shopping Center, located at 113 Mayo Street Hillsborough, North C~olina to review and solicit input on this request.
