<br />hi "may <br />Little River 4.4 <br />White Crass 7,6 <br />~~ Southern Triangle 5.0 Y <br />Damascus 5,( - - <br />`~ Orange Rural 3.75 <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />A motion was made by Chairman Carey, seconded by John Hartwell, to adopt the <br />Capital Project Ordinance for the following projects: <br />Solid Waste Site Acquisition <br />Old Courthouse Landscaping <br />Parkland Acquisition <br />Efland Cheeks Community Center <br />Tax and Records Building <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />A motion was made by Gommissioner Marshall, seconded by Commissioner Carey, to <br />adopt an ordinance establishing the classification and pay plan as presented in the <br />County Manager's recommended budget. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />Commissioner Hartwell requested clarification on how Commissioner Willhoit's <br />suggestion for the $15,000 for the Carrboro Farmers Market, and the half moon pavilion, <br />would be handled. Specifically, his request was, would it be implemented? <br />Mr. Link indicated that those funds would be placed in reserve. The dialogue in <br />"'both jurisdictions will proceed as time permits in the upcoming weeks. The money will <br />~, be in the accounts for which they are designated.
