(to transfer funds from the General Fund Contingency to the Lake Orange <br />Capital Project) <br />ENO FIRE DISTRICT FUND <br />Source - Appropriated Fund Balance $ 13,800 <br />Appropriation - Remittance to Eno Fire District 13,800 <br />ORANGE GROVE FIRE DISTRICT FUND <br />Source - Appropriated Fund Balance $ 6,900 <br />Appropriation - Remittance to Orange Grove Fire District 6,900 <br />and to adopt the Lake Orange Gapital Project Ordinance as stated below: <br />LAKE ORANGE <br />CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE <br />Be it ordained by the Board of County Commissioners that, pursuant to Section 13.2 <br />of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital <br />project ordinance is hereby adopted: <br />Section 1. The project authorized is improvements at Lake Orange. The project <br />will be financed by appropriations from the Genera].
