Thompson, owner and operator of Thompson <br /> Prawn Farm, as the 2010 Gilmer L. and Clara Y. Dudley Small Farmer of the Year through the <br /> Cooperative Extension program at North Carolina A&T State University and authorized the <br /> Chair to sign the resolution. <br /> Environment and Resource Conservation Director Dave Stancil introduced this item. <br /> Mike Lanier with Cooperative Extension read the resolution and also nominated him for <br /> this award: <br /> RESOLUTION OF RECOGNITION <br /> FOR <br /> JOSEPH A.
