In summary this item <br />is to receive citizen comment on a proposed amendment to the Land Use Element of the <br />Comprehensive Plan. The area in question contains six lots and a portion of another <br />north of the Interstate 85/U.S. 70 interchange in eastern Eno Township near the Durham <br />County Line. The 25.44-acre area fronts on Interstate 85, however, it is accessed <br />through Laurel Ridge Road and Pleasant Green Road. The Eno River is located less than <br />1/4»mile to the north. The proposed amendment, if approved, would change the Land Use <br />
