In summary this item is to receive public <br />comment on a proposal to include solid waste disposal collection sites as a use <br />permitted by right in all zones, subject to minimum design standards. The proposal <br />amendment seeks to permit solid waste collection sites with a minimum lot size of <br />40,000 square feet in all zones, Specific site development standards are also <br />- proposed. <br />THERE WERE NO QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS, <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Marshall, seconded by Gommissioner Halkiotis to <br />refer this item to the Planning Board for a recommendation to be returned to the Board <br />of Commissioner no sooner than April 3, 1989. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br />d, Mobile Home Parks <br />(1) Art. 22 - Definitions <br />(2) Art. 7.20.2 - Planned Developments/Mobile Home Parks <br />The presentation was made by Marvin Collins: In summary this item is to <br />receive citizen comment on the proposed amendments to Article 7,20,2 (Area <br />Requirements for Establishment of District) and Article 22 (Definitions) of the Zoning <br />Ordinance by clearly identifying a size limit for mobile home parks and to make the <br />definition of "mobile home park" in Article 22 consistent with 7.20.2. This would <br />change the cap on mobile home parks from 50 acres to 50 units, <br />THERE WERE NO QUESTIONS FROM THE COMMISSIONERS OR PLANNING BOARD MEMBERS <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED FOR PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Sheryl Moody asked if. this amendment applied to new as well as old parks and <br />Collins indicated that it applied to new parks only. <br />
