INTERIM ASSISTANCE GRANT APPLICATION <br />Tara Fikes presented for receipt of public comments the application for an Interim <br />Assistance Grant in the amount of four million dollars for construction loan financing from <br />the Department of Natural Resources and Community Development. The Golie Development <br />Company is acting as an agent for a group of private investors proposing development of a <br />50 unit project, known as Culbreth Park, to provide housing for low and moderate income <br />homebuyers. Citizen input will be reviewed and considered during the application <br />preparation process. <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPEN FOR CITIZEN COMMENTS <br />NO CITIZENS COMMENTS WERE MADE AND THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br />D.
