Using the division's Fnlly Allocated Cost Model, assess whether the transit system is <br />billing for trips at the appropriate rate. Assess the appropriateness of the fare(s) <br />charged. <br />E. Determine what financial reserves are in place and how they are used. <br />F. Determine the local financial assistance provided. Assess how it is used and how <br />much more is needed. <br />G. Identify any local constraints or barriers the transit system faces in implementing the <br />recommendations of this plan.
