<br />Orange County Personnel Ordinance Amendment Date: August 17, 2010 <br />Article III <br />Conditions of Employment <br />1.0 The Work Week <br />1.1 The standard work week shall be from 12:01 a.m. ~ Saturday until Amended <br />12:00 midnight on Suzy Friday, a time span of seven (7) consecutive 01/19/89 <br />twenty-four (24) hour periods. Exceptions may be granted by the County <br />Manager in an effort to meet scheduling needs and be in compliance with the Fair Labor <br />Standards Act. <br />s <br />Article III -Page 1 <br />
