06-07 AGREEMENT Between UNC School of Medicine <br />And Orange County Health Department <br />Page 8 of 9 <br />21. This agreement supercedes any previous agreements between the parties <br />concerning the matters agreed to herein. This agreement contains the <br />entire understanding of the parties and shall not be altered, amended or <br />modified, except by an agreement in writing executed by the duly <br />authorized officials of both parties. <br />22.
