revoke the resolution entitled Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of <br />~-- Orange County Providing for the Establishment of the Orange County Fire Commission <br />and Providing for Financial Assistance to Certain Fire Departments of the Gounty" and <br />dated March 2, 1964. , <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br />APPOINTMENT <br />Motion was made by Chair Carey, seconded by Commissioner Hartwell to appoint <br />Stephen Halkiotis as the liaison person between Emergency Management and the Board of <br />Commissioners. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br />The Board agreed by consensus that the resolution that was just revoked be <br />reviewed and a new resolution be written maintaining what is necessary. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Halkiotis, seconded by Commissioner Marshall to <br />go into Executive Session to discuss a litigation matter. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Marshall, seconded by Commissioner Willhoit to <br />go back into regular session for adjournment. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br />I. ADJOURNMENT <br />With no further items for consideration, Ghair Moses Carey, Jr. adjourned the <br />meeting.
