Remove existing damaged cabinet floor of sink cabinet and make repairs <br />to accommodate installation of new plywood floor. Supply and install <br />new 3/a" plywood floor for cabinet, including seal all penetrations and <br />seams. Prime new material and provide latex semi-gloss painted finish, <br />complete. <br />3. Remove existing countertop from base cabinets. NOTE: After countertop <br />is removed, if further damage is discovered the Owner, Contractor and <br />Rehabilitation Specialist will meet to review the work, deternne a course <br />of action and, if necessary, a cost for any additional work. Restore walls <br />and base cabinets to match existing as close as is practical and <br />accommodate installation of new formica countertop. Supply and install <br />new formica countertop with backsplash, bullnose; and end caps, <br />complete. <br />4. In existing base cabinets, remove shelves. In base cabinets, repair cabinets <br />and shelf supports to accommodate installation of new pre-finished <br />shelving. On base and wall cabinets, remove hinges, door and drawer <br />pulls, and repair doors and drawers to operate properly. Clean cabinets to <br />be ready for painting. Prime all new or "raw" surfaces of cabinets and <br />supply and install new latex enamel finish paint to outer surfaces of <br />existing base and wall cabinets. Supply and install new pre-finished <br />shelves in base cabinets. Supply and install new hinges, door and drawer <br />pulls. Restore all existing cabinets to proper working order. New <br />materials, styles and color to match existing as close as practical. <br />III. HALL BATHROOM <br />1. Remove existing vanity, toilet, medicine cabinet, light fixture, toilet paper <br />holder, towel bars, tub/shower surrounds to bare studs, and tub. Remove <br />existing floor covering and underlayment to subfloor. Remove all wall <br />coverings and sheetrock from walls down to existing framing, and all <br />ceiling coverings and sheetrock from ceiling down to existing framing. <br />NOTE: After these items are removed, if further damage is discovered the <br />Owner, Contractor and Rehabilitation Specialist will meet to review the <br />work, determine a course of action and, if necessary, a cost for any <br />additional work.
