Remove approxunately 4 l.f. of damaged trim and fascia on left front <br />corner of house. NOTE: After trim and fascia materials are removed, if <br />further damage is discovered the Owner, Contractor and Rehabilitation <br />Specialist will meet to review the work, determine a course of action and, <br />if necessary, a cost for any additional work. Supply and install new fascia <br />and trim to restore to proper working order. New materials to be primed <br />on all sides. Supply and install new fascia to restore to proper <br />working order. New materials to be primed on all sides. New materials <br />and finishes to match existing as close as practical. <br />6. Supply and install new pre-finished white aluminum coil stock over all <br />rake trim, eaves, and fascia on house and porches. Includes side panels of <br />porches. Materials, style and color to match existing as close as practical. <br />Contractor to supply owner with written warranty for materials and labor. <br /> <br />7. Remove two (2) existing gable vents and prepare areas for installation of <br />new vents. Supply and install new pre-finished vinyl gable vents at same <br />locations. Supply and install new plywood substrate over existing siding <br />to support new vinyl siding. Supply and install new white vinyl siding <br />
